Detailed Qualifications of Greg V. Halberg
Greg V. Halberg is a Washington State Certified General Appraiser. He has been specializing in property valuation in rural western Washington since 2006.
As a rural general real estate appraiser, no two jobs are alike. Previous assignments include conservation easements, partial takings, industrial properties, office buildings, medical offices, retail buildings, motor hotels, shopping centers, gasoline service stations, apartments, condominiums, special purpose properties, and miscellaneous other properties and appraisal problems.
Residential and land assignments include waterfront land and residences, unique high value residences, residential developments, planned unit developments, recreational land, timberland, agricultural land, and residential appraisals for mortgage purposes.
Greg is active in the community having served local government as a member-at- large of PA Forward. He was board member of Friends of Olympic National Park and is a board member and past president of the Hurricane Ridge Winter Sports Club. He is also active on Ski Patrol at the Ridge.
Before joining HPAS, Greg worked as a strength and conditioning and track and field coach for youth, collegiate, and professional athletes. Currently Greg coaches youth and Peninsula College athletes developing holistic athletic performance.
Greg has three school aged daughters.
